Privacy Notice

1. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and sign-in details, and your mobile number if you give it. If you verify your identity through a government digital identity service, the details it shares with us, such as your name. For people who post listings, the licence or registration details used to verify them.

If you join the waitlist: your email address, used only to contact you about access to the Service.

What you tell us: your conversations with the AI assistant (including images and files you upload, and the text of any voice input), your home requirements (such as budget, areas and move-in timing), listings, photos and posts you publish, and messages you send to other users through the Service.

How you use the Service: pages viewed, searches, saved homes, interactions and feedback, together with device and browser information and your approximate country derived from your IP address.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service: answer your questions, search and match homes to your requirements, keep your conversation history, and connect you with the people you choose to contact.

To keep the Service safe: verify people who post listings, prevent fraud and abuse, and review reports.

To improve and train our services: we analyse how the Service is used, and we may use conversations and other content — after removing details that identify you, such as names and contact details — to improve and train our services, including the AI models we use.

To meet legal obligations and to contact you about your account and the Service.

3. AI processing and transfers outside Singapore

To generate answers, the content of your conversations is sent to AI model providers for processing. Our AI model providers are DeepSeek, Anthropic and OpenAI, which process data on servers outside Singapore. Some of our other service providers (for example hosting, storage and email) may also store or process data outside Singapore.

When personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, as the PDPA requires.

Voice input uses the speech recognition built into your browser, which may be processed by your browser's provider under its own privacy policy. We receive only the resulting text; we do not receive or keep the audio.

4. Who we share it with

Other users: your contact details go to a landlord, seller or other listing party only when you choose to contact them or agree to share them. Content you publish (such as a listing) is visible as the publishing screen describes.

Service providers who process data for us under contract (AI model, hosting, storage, email and messaging providers), professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or required by law. Account details and conversations are kept while your account is active so you can continue where you left off.

When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete or anonymise it, except records we must keep for legal, audit or dispute purposes. Data that has already been de-identified and used to improve our services can no longer be linked to you and is not affected.

6. Your rights and how to request deletion

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw your consent, or have your data deleted. To make a request, email our Data Protection Officer at the address below from the email address on your account, with the subject "Personal data request". We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days.

If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, we may no longer be able to provide some or all of the Service to you, and we will tell you what that means before we act.

7. Security, cookies and changes

We protect personal data with reasonable security arrangements, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure.

We use cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and settings, and keep the Service working. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

We may update this notice. Each version is dated at the top of this page, and we will tell you about material changes.
